International postal deliveries have been severely impacted by the global COVID-19 pandemic. There are significant delays due to a reduction in air freight capacity, local Government restrictions and surging domestic parcel volumes.

Delays are further exacerbated by reduced staffing and postal operators implementing new measures to slow the spread of COVID-19, such as split shifts and a reduction in operating delivery days.

We will continue to work with ePacket to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however delivery delays should be expected for all destinations, particularly for US and Canada where postal deliveries may take up to five weeks.If you need faster logistics, please feel free to contact us, we will customize the fastest logistics method for you such as DHL or EMS.
