Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition and with the tags on.

1. Please Click Here to submit a return request and indicate the item(s) you would like to return and let us know the reason.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned and drop off your package at the local post office or another courier.

3. Most returns & exchange are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment.

4. Refund to Gift Card credit: you will receive a instant refund within 12-24h once you ship the return item out. It gives you the flexibility to place a new order away, rather than wait for a credit card refund.


*If the items received are damaged or not correct, the return is free.

*If the return is due to the consumer, for instance, the items are unwanted any longer, you are responsible for the return shipping fee. You can use your own shipping method at your own cost, or use the shipping label we provided and pay a US$ 7.99 shipping fee(only for US orders), which will be deducted from your refund.


Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

2. The item(s) can only be returned in the same condition and with hang tags attached. 

3. Extra sale items & Free Gift are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene seal still intact.

5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

6. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. 

7. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

8. Each eligible item can be only submitted one return request.
